What can I expect from your Celebration Service?

We begin our main service (which we refer to as our Celebration Service) on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm. The format of our service is usually as follows: opening praise or worship song, opening prayer, praise and worship, sermon, prayer, collection of tithes and offerings, announcements, last song, closing prayer.

What can I do between Sabbath School and the Celebration Service?

We invite you to stay and join us for Potluck Lunch. Our members bring their favorite dish and we all stay and eat together in fellowship. We encourage you to bring your best dish and stay with us.

What kind of music do you play?

We use a variety of music for praise and worship. Some of the songs are upbeat while others are more traditional. Every once in a while you may hear a song in Spanish. Our Worship Team also incorporates contemporary Christian music which is played on Christian radio such as songs from Hillsong United, The Newsboys, Jesus Culture, etc. Our Worship team uses a variety of instruments including electric and acoustic guitars, bass, violin, keyboards, and drums.

What is Night of Worship?

Every first Friday of the month, we hold a special worship service. We spend an hour singing and praising God's holy name. You can think of it as a mini-concert in honor of God.

Is there a dress code?

We are a casual "come as you are" church. Our members dress in comfortable clothing and sometimes they even wear jeans. We welcome you as you are, we ask only that you dress in clothes that are appropriate for a church setting (ex: avoid shirts with profanity, clothes that are too revealing, etc).

What can I expect from your sermons?

We are a Bible-based church. Our sermons come straight from the Word of God. They are encouraging and exhorting reminders of what God expects from us and what we should do to live a life that lives up to the name of Christian. They are also beautiful reminders of the great love that God has for each and every one of us and the grace and redemption that can only be found in Him.

What is there for my child to do during the Celebration Service?

Depending on your child's age, they can go with our Children's Ministry (5-9), Intermediate Ministry (10-12), or Youth Ministry (13-18) and learn about God in an age-appropriate setting. Each ministry is led by an experienced teacher who will give your child a biblical lesson that will bring them closer to Jesus Christ. Look out for events such as Zoo Outings, Pizza Night, Swimming, etc. You can stay up to date by checking our events calendar here .

What if I need personal prayer?

We have an excellent ministry called the Prayer Warriors who will pray with you and for you. If you are in need of personal prayer, please ask any of our members and they will either pray for you or introduce you to a member of our Prayer Warriors. You can also speak to our Pastor Joshua Gutierrez or Co-Pastor Francisco Arroyos.
